Cycling in SalzkammergutTime to go Heart of Europe Trail

Weather

The Central European continental climate consists of hot summers and cold winters.
April and October can bring snowy showers in the Alpin valleys. In summer it can get quite hot, though riding along the lakes and rivers may be pleasant even then. May, June and September are generally good months taking advantage of cooler, but still warm weather.
